Reopening May 17

Posted on May 13, 2020.

We will begin the next phase of our reopening on May 17 as we have our first worship service indoors in over 2 months!!!  We will meet at our regular time - 10:15am.  There will not be any Sunday School groups.  The following information details our operations for the remainder of the month of May (17th, 24th, 31st)...

We have marked off every other pew and our maximum capactiy in the sanctuary will be approximately 120 people.  When you take your seat, please sit at the end of the pew.  Our pews are long enough that both ends of the pews may be used.  In the case of more than 120 people in attendance, we have a remote location setup in the fellowship hall for live streaming where you can watch the worship service.

On Sundays where we are guaranteed no chance of rain, we may opt to have outdoor worship service at the pavillion and surrounding lawn area.  We will let you know ahead of time what the plan is.

Fellowship & Offering

We will not have a fellowship/greeting time where we shake hands nor will we be passing offering plates.  Doug Suydam has made offering boxes for us.  These boxes will be stationed at the exits for you to drop off your offering as you leave.

Restrooms & Sanitizing Stations

The restrooms will be limited to one person at a time (parent/child exceptions), and the restroom will be sanitized after each use.  There will be multiple hand sanitizer stations throughout the sanctuary lobby and fellowship hall.

There will not be any nursery or children's church.  All children will stay with their parents in worship service.  Worship service will be a reduced length, approximately 50 minutes long.

There is not a requirement for you to wear a face mask.  This is your own personal choice.  Please use your wisdom and common sense and think of others...if you are not feeling well or coughing then do not come.  Facebook live stream will be available for you to watch at home.

If you have questions about anything not addressed here, please leave a comment and we will get you an answer!
